• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting or any related field
• Two (2) years of buying experience, preferred; OR any equivalent combination of education & experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Quality Management Officer
• Associate Degree or related courses in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a Food Manufacturing or Foodservice operation in related field or function.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance audit preferably in food manufacturing business; managing, collaborating and influencing people or teams preferably in the food manufacturing industry setting, OR any equivalent combination of education & experience from which comparable knowledge, skills & abilities have been achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Entrepreneurial Management or related courses.
• At least three (3) years demonstrated Franchise Management covering Franchise Sales and Franchise Relations experiences or equivalent combination of education & experience in Franchising Management.
• Experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management; Franchising Softwares, preferred
