Project Manager (Store Development Department)
This position will be in the Store Development Department of and will be assigned to handle projects within the North America Operations in East Coast. The successful candidate will manage the store development department services, construction & maintenance projects of stores, plants & main office to ensure timely, accurate and consistent high quality delivery of products and services.
Typical responsibilities will include:
Plan, coordinate & implement construction of new stores, renovations, office & plant improvementson special project basis if needed, etc.
Manage all construction projects to ensure completion in accordance to agreed timelines/schedules, quality standards and at optimum cost.
Evaluate and process requests for payments for suppliers & partners (consultants, contractors, etc.)
Perform other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.
